A:Existing sample can be free for you reference as long as you cost the shipping cost . Customized sample should paid the related cost first. We will refund this fee when your order reaches a certain amount.
Q3: If I need to customize new mold, who pays for it?
A: For our existing molds , you can use them for free. To customize new mold, you need to pay this fee first. We will refund this fee when your order reaches a certain amount.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A: One carton for stocked products. To customize, different products have the different MOQ. Pls. check the product detail or ask our sales people.
Q5: What is the lead time of sample & mass production & shippment ?
Sample time :
Existing sample 1-3 working days
Customized sample: 12-15 working days
Customized new mold & sample: 20-25 working days .
Lead time :
For the existing item in stock without any custom logo, we can send out the goods wthin 5 working days .
If you need to custom logo on our exsiting stock items, the leading time for engraving, printing is about 5-7 working days
If you need to custom new size, color, material, the leading time is about 30- 35 working days after deposit is paid.
Shipping time :
Usually ,7-12days by Air, 18-30 days by sea.

A: You can send us your logo file or text content if you want to do sticker or print on our existing items (over 5000 sets
existing moulds for your choice ). The file should be in PDF, AI, EPS format.Then our designer will help you to do simple design and do a free mock up for you to check the effcet.
Q8: Our design or logo how to put on the products ?
A：Different requirement have different process ,such as by Hot stamping , printing , embossing ,UV coating,silk-screen printing ,sticker etc.
